I finally received this after 5 weeks and having to call twice because it was not ordered. When I received it is polished chrome finish and my washer door is more of a brushed nickel finish. When I ordered, the person I spoke to never gave me a choice and I honestly don't know if one was available. Now, my washer and dryer doors do not match because one is polished chrome and the other is brushed nickel. I needed to simply have my dryer back and I really could not deal with any more time or energy on this situation.
