SearsPartsDirect had the lowest price by far, $109 versus $160-170. Shipping was a bit high, but not excessive. Part arrived in 7 days (2 days ahead of the initial estimate). Part looks to be either OEM, or a very close copy. Gave new life to an old, but dependable, washing machine. And, yes, it was easy to install.

Worked OK and after a bit of effort: Got it instal

Instruction were not completely accurate: Said to remove end caps which was not necessary - needed to remove knob which was difficult since shaft of broken timer would spin backward freely - finally grabbed shaft with long-nose pliers from behind.
