Awful Experience with Sears

I ordered replacement screws for the handle of my fridge. After assuring me on live chat again and again that they had the right part, and dismissing my skepticism, they sent me the wrong screws. Because of course they did. Now in the middle of moving and COVID, I have to figure out how to return these screws and STILL need the right parts. They also charged me almost $36 for 4 tiny screws with shipping, total abusive tactics. Last time I buy any appliances from Sears.
