Works well!
The broil element was less expensive than anywhere else on the internet. It came a day ahead of projection. It installed easily and it works. Doesn't get much better than this.

Installation is a breeze
I choose to take the back panel off to remove the wires instead of trying to pull the wire clips through the insulation. Also much better price than the competitors.
