Be careful removing the old face plate. It rips easily. Not sure why a new cover is not included. Had to purchase a new cover for additional cost because I cracked the old one when removing it.

It appears that the relay(s) are the specific component that fails, but board replacement is the easiest fix, though not cheap unless reference to cost of full oven replacement. Board does not come with display template - this must be peeled off of old controller and reused. Access is via oven back panel (top) so here is your opportunity to clean out dreck behind oven. Screwdriver and 1/4 " socket only tools needed.

It took 15-20 from start to finish, I did forget to order a face panel that sticks on... but I peeled off the old one and re used it. Looks new and I saved money

Would rate 5 stars if face plate with numbers and function icons was included instead of having to pay 25$extra for a thin sheet of plastic. No problem a thin paint scraper can carefully pry off the old one and here is enough stickum to press onto new board. About 6 1/4 inch machine screws remove top rear panel. 6 wire connectors on circuit board some have release tabs be gentle. 4 philips screws remove controller board. Reinstall new board with salvaged old faceplate. 20minutes maybe. Worked great. Ordered online Saturday received Wednesday, very good! It's a 4week wait currently for service repair. Box was rather crushed but there is not defect so far.
