Will they ever make good parts again!

They don't work! This the second switch that I received that does not work. Each of them didn't work in different ways. One turned on my double element from the numbers on my dial #'s 2-8 but didn't heat up to temperature on each setting. It did turn on fully on high. The other switch turned on #'s 2-4 on my dial but nothing from 6-8 and did not turn on at all when switched to high! Maybe the 3rd switch will be a charm and work. I'm waiting for that one now. This is a major inconvenience. The part came in an open package this time. The first one came just in the shipping box without a package at all!

Junk-Defective.

Double burner switch. The stove is only Five years old and lightly used as this is our summer home. It doesn't work right. Clicks on and off. Hi doesn't stay on . Switch came unboxed. Not even wrapped in paper! Extra wire harness coming out the side. No number on switch to know I it's even the right one! Need to find out how to get this replace and my stove top operating again!
