Doesn't work, and it is very loud.

It was easy to install and only took about 15-20 minutes to do it,unfortunately it doesn't make ice, when the machine is trying to Pop out the ice cubes out of the tray that doesn't have ice in it is very very noisy to the point would wake you up from a dead sleep. I'm hoping to hear back from customer service to fix this issue.
