Take out 4 screws and unplug the old one then replace it. Took 20 minutes start to finish.

Easy one for one replacement. My wife was pleasantly surprised that I could successfully get her range fixed without calling a repairman. Oh ye of little faith. I only wish the time it took to get the part could have been faster without paying for faster delivery.

My electric board burn out on my electric stove. And I had to replace it. First thing I did was check both top and bottom elements to make sure this wasn't the problem. Then I check the probe. All checked positive That's when said it must be the electrical board. It's easy to get access, but I thought the cost was a little high. It's easy to replace

A refurbished unit could be less expensive

Install went well after YouTube video review showing how to remove the keypad membrane overlay (using a hair dryer to soften the sticky adhesive) from the nonfunctional unit. Too bad there is not an offer to "recycle/refurbish" the control board for a partial refund of this nearly $200 part, as repairs to the broken board certainly could not be that expensive overall. Very satisfied with the time between ordering the part and delivery to my door.
