Lack of instructions my only issue

The hose to our washer got a pinhole leak. I was happy the part was available online for a reasonable price. Upon receipt, there was only a website on the label for instructions on installation. That would have been fine, except the website was cumbersome and user unfriendly. We ended up going to YouTube for assistance.
