I thank you for a quality transmission that has performed flawlessly. I was concerned when I received the very damaged package, and I took many photos before I opened it. There was no inner support for the shaft tip, so it was received sticking out of the box. There was no damage to the splined end or to the shaft, but there was grease coming out due to positioning of the box in transit which you warned about keeping upright while shipping. I feel that you should have something to prevent the shaft from poking through the package because there will often be situations where the shipper will have to stop quickly or turn sharply, causing boxes to fall or shift forcefully. I hope this review actually gets to someone there who will use it. Thank again for another quality product and great on-time delivery.

The new gear case and the other parts I needed. Was a lot less expensive the cost of a new washer. So, fixing was the way I went. I had to use a three-jaw puller to get the tube pulled off the shaft. Other than that, the machine came apart and went back together easily.
