Nothing is really easy

I ordered an evaporator and a heater for my refrigerator on January 12th 2021 got somebody in India I told him my name serval times even spelled it to him I still got it wrong on the order the total comes to $399.04 diabel let twiced to my credit card credit card company called Sears I got a email from Sears on January 6th 2021 it said they refunded $388.10 back to my credit card that is $11 short I called on January 6th to try and straighten this out I have been on hold all afternoon the battery on one of my phones went dead I am using my second phone now why does Sears use people over seas you can't even understand
