Part arrived on time and was packaged well. After watching a couple videos, the installation went well. Part fit well in my 22 year old Craftsman mower. Old axle was very worn. I also installed some replacement bearings with this part.

Well I am not mechanically an expert by anyone's judgement. But Sears Direct video of how to replace a left steering spindle and tire walked a novice through the process with ease!!! The toughest part was getting the 25 plus year bolts loosened to get the spindle out. Parts were perfect and worked great!

Ordered this part over phone with help from one of your associates. It was the wrong part. Called to cancel and was told it would be taken care of for me. Shipped to me any way. Have ordered correct parts and mower is repaired. Still need to return Spindle.

Part was listed as 'in stock' at time of purchase but after the order was placed with expedited shipping a 'backorder ' notice was received. As a result this part was received two days after a technician from Sears Home Services was at my home to perform a repair that required this part
