Manufacturer uses die cast which is not the most durable material. I ordered the latch (which broke) and the assembly (damaged by latch). Very easy to install and works great again. Took a total of 4 days from the date I placed the order. Will use the company again.

Washer door lock assembly replacement

The washer door lock assembly on my Samsung front load washer stopped working. I ordered the part from Sears and received it in less that a week. Installed the part is less that 15 minutes and was back to washing clothes.
