After assuring me on their web site that the part they would be sending me(freezer basket) was correct, the freezer basket I received wasn't even close to what I needed. It is a good 2 inches short and a completely different design from the one that came with the freeer.

I ordered these baskets for our upright freezer but it was not the right part. We found out after returning what was sent that the baskets are no longer made for the upright freezers. I am not sure why we were sent something that would never work.

Reliable Replacement for a Reliable Sears Product

Perfect and exact replacement for our 14 year old Kenmore chest freezer. The freezer still works perfectly and the basket withstood the years of use, but the basket became 'brittle' over time. We will be able to add more years of use to our freezer with this basket!
