The filter has fallen out twice, so is too small
Filter is a pain to put in but not hard, just awkward. It does not fit well and has fallen out twice.

What's with the huge shipping box?
It's just the replacement part I needed and super easy to install. I thought the shipping cost was a bit high. But soon found out why. These two small thin filters came in a box you could probably ship 100 of them in. It was outrageous. I would encourage Sears to rethink their shipping strategies-save yourselves and your customers some $ and help the planet with far less waste.

Received wrong part
I am pretty sure I ordered the correct part but I was sent a thin filter like the one that goes underneath the microwave instead of the thicker one that goes inside the oven behind the plastic grille on the top. (Which I also replaced). I didn't bother returning the part because I can use it on the bottom to replace one of the old ones but I still have an old filter inside the microwave.
