the Gasket was needed, but the gasket fastener kit was not, just a sell that was not needed. Used the original screws - $15 wasted on parts not needed

confusing information
This "Freezer Gasket and Liner Fastner Kit" is misleading. It should read "Freezer Gasket "Freezer Gasket and Liner Fastener Kit". "And" to me means plus, also, in addition to. That is not the case here. This only means liner fastener clips that are used to install a freezer gasket. I had to call to get a freezer gasket because when i used the search engine I only got the freezer gasket and liner fastener kit information.

Worked to fix our problem
The hardest part was snapping them in securely. We ended up taking the lid off. They really fixed our seal problem. The seal is no longer made, so this was our only option. The freezer will be much tighter seal again!
