Inner rubber gasket ripped. Have to buy the entire feed arm assembly. Easy fix. Sears website was clunky but much cheaper than others. 1/3 less.

The part was needed asap. I ordered accordingly only to be notified that it was backordered after I received a notice that the order was processed. It showed in stock online and that's why I ordered it from this site. I was without an appliance 2 weeks longer than expected. Won't be ordering from Sears anymore. This is the second time that this has happened. To me it's a bait and switch scheme so they can make the sale regardless if have the part advertised.
