So glad to find a replacement

We love our KitchenAid dishwasher so when we had some paint melt off glasses that turned out to be not dishwasher safe and the screen on the old accumulator assembly became irretrievably clogged, we were sad. We were so happy to find a new part that actually fit. The design is slightly different than the original, but it functions the same and the screw holes were in the exact correct positions. Easy swap. So glad we found this site; and looking up parts compatibility was easy.

Bought these parts to replace a worn out accumulator screen that kept allowing food to reach the chopper and clog it. The new screen works like a champ, and the dishwasher is cleaning like new. Installation was not difficult. Additionally, the new accumulator seems to be of better quality than the original part that the dishwasher came with, with smaller holes to prevent foreign objects or food from getting to the sump pump.

Two parts came in box. The disk with screen is what we needed. The plastic cover that also came did not fit my dishwasher, but do not need. Just feel I sure overpaid for the screened disk. Disk super easy to put in.
