Worked Great!

Very easy to install! The only confusion was the directions showed a black wire where my old unit had a white wire but a quick inspection indicated the white wire connected where the black wire was to be connected. Also, my dense compact won't work so I assume I will have to connect the orange/black wire back but I didn't have the proper size connector as the ones that came with the kit were too small for the orange/black terminal.

Could of protected switch area better all broke one clip side gone I was irate but I made it work put a heavy duty zip tie Works for me I need my compacter. Thank you

No instructions included - frustrating

The motor arrived as expected, but did not come with a wiring diagram to complete the installation. Although the colors were similar to the motor that needed to be replaced, there was one critical error that prevented the motor from working. We called the service line attempting to get an electronic copy of the wiring diagram and were told by multiple reps that they did not have it. We were sent an operator's manual that was no help. We know we got the right part, but were disappointed in the service that followed.
