Recommend taking off the top of washer completely before attempting replacement of suspension rods. Otherwise the lid assembly adds a lot of weight.

I wasn't sure this was the cause of my washer issues because my springs looked fine, but was worth the shot for the price instead of paying for a repair man. I had completely disassembled the entire washer while trying to find the issue but this would've been a very simple installation had I not done that. The springs are extremely tight and hard to pull up, I used the hook on the old Springs to pull the new springs into place and that worked like a dream. Parts delivered four days after the estimated delivery date which was inconvenient but overall I'm still very happy

Installed a new suspension kit on my rather old Kenmore washer. It had been shaking badly when in the spin cycle and setting a UL, unbalanced load, code. Apparently the original springs had gotten weak and caused this. After kit was in I did 3 loads and no more issues!! Very happy with the results.

My washer (Kenmore Elite Model 110.27087604) was constantly stopping because of the UL (unbalanced load) during the spin cycle (even on the low spin). I was skeptical that this would fix the issue, but it did the trick! Hopefully I'll get a few more years out of this washing machine. The replacement was easy and took me about 10 minutes

Glad it fixed my UL issues. Note, my old ones looked just fine and I did not think this was going to fix it, but I am happily wrong and the wife was right. Washer has had a dozen loads and no issues.
