Timer timed just right

Overall an easy install. Take your time and remove / replace each individual wire from old to new. Just be careful not to break old connections.

Anyone can do this

My old timer just kept cycling through all the drying modes. The drum stopped, but the timer just kept clicking away through the next and next and next mode. Nothing to fear, easy to install. Move dryer away from wall, open panel, disconnect old wires while reconnecting to new part, replace panel and done.

The ordering process was easy and the part arrived quickly. I installed it in less than 30 minutes saving ~$800 that I would have had to spend to replace the dryer.

Kenmore gas dryer stopped working . Did some trouble to shooting and determined it must be the timer. It was. Easy install, good price. I saved hundreds of dollars doing it myself. Appliance repair book helped determine what was broken and required replacement.

Electrics are always easier than electronics -- just switch wires one at a time from the old one to the new one.
