No joy
IPB shows this spring as applicable to my refrigerator but the illustration is so poor you cannot tell where it goes. I removed the right door and there is no closer spring. Called support and after being passed around like a football for an hour they finally said I could talk to a tech and they could tell me how to make the repair but I would have to pay $39.99 to talk to the tech. No thanks
