Terrible customer service
They only sent the sticker package for reversal not the actual bracket needed to reverse the door. The 2 failed attempts when the service crews were sent out WITHOUT the reversal kit were extremely unprofessional for a company that has been around for 100 years. I guess 100 years isn't long enough?
