This install was very easy. I only had to remove the softener dispenser from agitator and unbolt a single bolt and slid the agitator right out, than reinstalled the new part and tightened up the center bolt installed the softener cap and test run unit. worked great.

This was a simple project because the part was an assembly . I REMOVED ONE BOLT IN THE CENTER OF AGITATOR! Took the old agitator out and set the new one back in its place. Installed bolt and replaced convenient cap. Started washer and success. Back to like new.

Very easy to install. There is a cap on top of the agitator with a small slot on the side for the blade of a flat blade screwdriver . put the tip of the screwdriver in there and turn it and the cap will pop off then there's a bolt down inside in the center. take that bold out with an extension And I think it was a half-inch socket .pull the agitator up and out,put the new one in put the bolt back in ,snap the new cap on and you're done.
