It took a bit of online sleuthing, to figure out what the likely problem was (the washer would keep filling w/ water, even when not running). But once I was sure it was a faulty valve assembly finding & buying the part was straight forward. It was back ordered, but still got here in a reasonable time. With simple tools a (20) minute install.

I surprised my family and saved a ton of money by ordering the part and installing it all by myself. The valve was simple to install and took less than 20 minutes. If you know how to cut off the water and power to your washer you can do it too with the right tools, furniture sliders and a youtube video!!
