I literally fixed my issue within 15 min from a YouTube video but yet you tried to charge me $139 to diagnose my washer not including charge to fix after telling me you will walk me through issue. You guys are horrible & I will be tweeting about this !!!

Replacing water level switch HE4T washer.

Remove washer top panel, and rear panel. remove sense hose from rear outer drum, detach switch mounting tangs from chassis rail and remove wiring connector. Install new switch in reverse order. Straight forward and easy.
