I asked to cancel this order because it took over a month and I still didn't receive it. I was never refunded and received the item weeks after I called to cancel the order after I already purchased from another place

Front grille not as shown
The previous property owner seemed to tear things up and then patch-patch-patch. We had to replace the handle to the microwave door when we first bought the property. Now, because we are completely remodeling our kitchen, I had the opportunity to remove the microwave/vent hood and discovered the front grille had been broken and glued back into place. Naturally I ordered a replacement part which showed a satin chrome finish exactly like original. What arrived was simply polished black plastic. Color me disappointed, especially since the little exercise was over $170!!
