My refrigerator broke in late December 2021. I've had your technicians visit my house 4-5 times and my fridge is still broken. Over the past 3 months, I've spent $750 on replacement parts and have had to throw away close to $1k worth of spoiled food. Your company's incompetence has cost me a lot of time, stress and money.

It only took less than 5 min but the part listed for my model wasn't the correct one, this one works for model lmxs30776d/01.ASBCNA1 with the 4 wire fans. This is correct for my model
