Ordered a new switch for oven. Part showed up in a timely manner. Part was the correct part. Customer service provided very accurate replacement instructions/video. When installing found the problem was not the switch. Customer service made it very easy to return part. I will definitely use this service again.

Wrong part
Did not install - returning. For a $7 charge. We did not install this piece - I need to order the pice that goes beside this piece. Sears service is not what it used to be ....
