WOULD LOVE TO RECEIVE THE CORRECT PART!!!

The part is WRONG for the second time. After spending more than an hour on the phone with your company & told that they would send me a return label for the first one, which I am yet to receive, I was convinced by your parts dept. that it was probably pulled from the wrong bin and to go ahead and reorder. Unfortunately I was sent the same WRONG gasket!!! I AM NOT HAPPY!!!

Fit but needed modifications

The fit to the tub and front of washer was perfect but the boss in the gasket for the steam fitting did not have a hole thru the gasket. This requires modifications to the gasket to allow the steam fitting to pass thru it. Since it needs to be water tight cutting the rubber gasket material needs to be precise and that's not easy with rubber. I managed to create a perfectly round hole the correct diameter after fabricating my own tool by sharpening a section of stainless steel tubing and using it as a hole punch. I contacted customer service first but I quickly realized they were not technical help and were only going to send me another that would be exactly the same. If you have steam and this fits your washer it's way beyond a DIY with this part.

Could'nt get the inner spring to connect, had to zip tie the ends together. Should've ordered a new one I guess.
