Great Customer Service, but wrong parts.

Two of the three items were the wrong item for my washing machine. However the agent was great to communicate with to find what I needed. I could not find the parts I needed but the agent was able to search where I could not. So from a interaction and customer service standpoint, the experience with your agent was a 5 stars. I am in the process right now to trying and correct the order.
