Part is perfect. Customer service was tedious to finally get finished with. Multiple calls to customer service were met with POOR TELEPHONE CONNECTIONS AND AGENTS WHO SPOKE A VARIETY OF VERSIONS OF ENGLISH, ALL BUT THE VERY LAST ONE, UNINTELLIGIBLE. Your parts and prices are great...... your agents and communications infrastructure require IMMEDIATE VITALIZATION. ROBUST, PROMPT AND FUNCTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS ARE THE VERY HEART OF ANY CUSTOMER "SERVICE" ENTERPRISE.
