The spring was easy to install. Great tension. My only problem is my washing machine only required 1 spring. Now, my machine has two springs and the off-balanced tub issue is no more.

Worked like a charm!

Easy fix, but a waste of materials. Have two springs that belong to other models, and assume that I paid for all three.

We had to go to an appliance store and spend more money to buy the correct part because sears sent us the part.
