PERFECT REPLACEMENT
it was so easy to install and was the perfect fit. the only thing wrong with it, the throttle control piece on top of it is plastic which is why I hade to replace it but so was the original one on the carburetor.

OEM parts are the only way to go!
There are no substitutes for Kohler engine parts. It is a fact, no aftermarket parts will work especially when it comes to the carburetor. You can expect governor issues and if you want it to be just not right then go ahead and use them but you'll be sorry.
