Didn't have the use of my ice dispenser for years, and didn't know there was a replacement available as it was somewhat hidden on the site, let alone an alternate part. A quick ÒchatÓ with Sears parts direct changed all that

Refrigerator Ice Container

The young lady that I worked with was very pleasant and we went over every number and picture of parts carefully. She assured me that the replacement part would fit my refrigerator. When I received the part i noticed that the ice bucket drive shaft was not the same as my refrigerator. Mine has a 3 tooth drive and the one shipped to me had a multi-toothed spline. What irrupted me was that I was charged shipping to return a part that was incorrect and not my fault.
