They had the right part, BUT the first shipment came with the wrong size in the right part. The follow-up call brought us to someone who actually cleared it up pretty rapidly, and we got the right one in short order. If everyone were as competent and on top of things as the clean-up person, this would be a 100% winner.

I got the right item but, contrary to what the salesman told me, there were no directions for installation. I found the diagram of the pantry area but no help for installating. Removing the old, broken cover and replacing it with the new one took a lot of muscle work and I was worried I'd break other parts of the pantry drawer. Fortunately, I was ultimately successful but with no thanks to Sears parts. INCLUDE DIRECTIONS!

Make sure to save the rollers from your old part as new one does NOT come with any. Pulled up a video on line as afraid I would break the hinges installing. This is what broke on the original part.

Expensive brittle plastic part!

This cover made of brittle plastic does not hold up. The three hinges all broke over time under normal use. The replacement part had one hinge break even though it was being installed carefully.
