even w/o instructions, which would have been nice. First go round I had a good person on chat who figured out what part was missing. Then when it didn't come in the first package, my experience was less wonderful on chat. The person didn't understand enough English for us to communicate, and I surely didn't know his language. Waited until his shift ended to get another person and finally got the part.

Misleading diagrams

The person who helped me was good. There should be a way to send a photo so the person helping understands your issue better. I dot know much about appliances, with help I ordered the correct part, only to realize when it came it didn't fit the way I thought it should. After looking at it for 1/2 hour I realized the set screw I needed was actually there and just needed to be tightened LOL! It was better than having paid some to come out to only tighten a screw.

impossible to install

What I needed was a very small setscrew that anchor the outside handle bar. I have given the make and model number of the dishwasher I have, based upon the part's person schematic I ordered that screw. Unfortunately it is not the right part because it is too large. I believe the next size down is what my dishwasher needs.In the meantime I still have a lose handle bar and I'm out of more than $10:00
