Disappointed

Really disappointed. The frame cover came much faster than expected only to find the glass insert which is not broken doesn't fit the new frame. Unbelievable.

Why doesn't it fit? I would say this is off by a quarter inch or less but as you can see the shape of the glass and the frame do not match.
