Utensil basket
Not really hard to install - just took the other one out an put this one in. Just disappointed that the first basket had pieces fall out of the bottom so I needed a new one so my utensils wouldn't fall through.

exactly our part
Our dishwasher is at least 10 years old, but we were able to get the exact silverware drawer to match the original, which was fully apart. Replacement pieces are expensive, but a lot less than a new appliance.

Dishwasher Silverware basket
The old silverware basket had holes in the bottom from use for 9 years and silver ware would slip through the holes and stop the basket from sliding in and out. Just needed a new one.

very good replacement, Backorder for too long

Unacceptable Quality
The silverware tray that was a replacement for our current that is missing some pieces of the mesh at the bottom of the cups came missing the bottoms of two cups entirely. Not only was this not an adequate replacement solving the problem we have with our current, it was actually worse than the current problem. Additionally, the box arrived open on both ends and sans any protective materials inside the box. Needless to say we returned the tray, and are dubious to order any other parts from this supplier.
