Item did not fit in spite of following the diagram
After searching on my model of refrigerator, going to the web page with the diagrams of the door schematics and barely being able to read the parts number for the particular door bin, ordering THAT specific one, when the item arrived it did not fit. It did not even look like the right piece. There's customer service and there's customer service. Guess I need some customer service.

Quick Shipping. Easy to Install.
Part was very easy to install. Once I pulled out the broken bin the new one dropped right in. I then took the chrome retainer bar from the old part and installed it in the new one. done!
