Once the dishwasher is pulled out. Just move the insulation and remove the screws.

I cannot install the dishrack wheels.

There are no screws or bolts on either the installed or new brackets. They must be glued? With what? No instructions were contained with the part. It is not obvious how to remove the old wheel bracket without damage to the tub. I have no idea how to replace the dishrack wheel brackets.
