The trick was figuring out which two screws to loosen to get into the controls section. Once the washer is open, disconnect the wireing from the timer, use a tweaser or needle nose pliers to release the knob from the back, then slide off the program dial, take out the screw holding everything in place, and the timer slides out sideways. 5 minute job that makes you a household hero.

I returned a part on 4/23/18, that is when it was delivered according to UPS. It is 5/27/18, still shows as processing and I haven't received my refund.
