Known Problem

Ordered new seals for both doors of the refrigerator. I got lucky with one of them being white like I needed. The other one was gray. As of right now I have sent back 4 seals so far. Always not the right color. Last rep I talked to said that it is a known error from the manufacturer putting the wrong color in the wrong box. So be ready to send a few back!
