The back screws were rusted

The first time customer service sent the oven handle and the incorrect bottom tray. The parts were returned. When the right part arrived the removal was difficult. The back screws were rusted and extremely hard to remove. The representative did not include the screws with the part. The bottom pan arrived promptly but the screws are going to take two weeks. Not happy!
