I ordered the same part twice from Sears and both came as used and non-working. I didn't see "refurbished" in my original purchase so perhaps that was my oversight. But the second order I made over the phone with an employee who assured me it was a new part. This was not the case. Essentially, why sell parts that are used and don't work? Waste of my time and money and now have to return both. On the bright side, both representatives who assisted me were very polite so customer service was great. But I would have just preferred a working part.
