Poorly designed website and packing slip

The part itself was fine, but the website is so poorly designed that it seems almost like it deliberately encourages ordering the wrong part. In the diagram at https://c.searspartsdirect.com/lis_png/PLDM/10033344-00008.png?wid=150&hei=150&resMode=sharp, both the left and the right rail labeled with the same part number (480) even though they have separate numbers (480A and 480B). The parts list at https://www.searspartsdirect.com/model/4f36aapxnk-000582/kenmore-3639542611-side-by-side-refrigerator-parts lists the right rail simply as "Refrigerator drawer slide rail" instead of "Refrigerator slide rail, right." All this promotes the idea that the two rails are identical, and makes it easy to order the right rail when trying to replace the left. The situation is made worse by the fact that on the packing slip, the number marked as "Order Ref. #" is actually not the order number. This makes communication with Customer Service more difficult and complicated. I hope the staff at Sears Parts Direct will take note and make some redesigns to their website and packing slips.
