Convoluted journey...but all worked out well

After several bumbled orders, I finally got what I thought were the parts I needed to repair the dishwasher rack adjusters. Big mistake. I didn't get the actual adjuster hardware that one actually pushes and pulls. This came with another order. Both didn't have installation instructions, but thankfully I did have the old paperwork and manual that came with the dishwasher to help. After reversing the parts initially, I re-did them and finally got everything back together. Four things that would have improved this experience...1) A better initial ordering system and tracking, 2) Instructions...even with a link to a video, 3) All the parts needed for the entire adjuster assembly, including the components that you actually push or pull and 4) Speeding up the process...especially to Alaska.
