Not easy to access but everything is installed and working perfectly. A schematic would be helpful when trying to access the part needing replacement. (Maybe that's why technicians get paid so much!!)

Easy to install once you remove everything. Electrical wires are 3-4' longer than original part. Zip ties help clean up install.

The video was very helpful. However, it didn't address how to deal with rusty or messed up screws. It also didn't address all the differences in how to access all the different control panel configurations. Overall good video though. I would never have figured out how to install the part.

Awesome !! Never thought in a hundred years I would find a washer lid switch for a 1993 Sears Kenmore washer. Found it on line at Sears Parts Direct and it was at my door 4 days before the projected arrival date. Put it in in about 30 minutes. Works like a charm. Sears Super duty ready for another 27 years. Way to go SEARS.
