Poor service
A month after I ordered it, I tried to cancel it because it was backordered (they didn't tell me it wasn't immediately available when I ordered it). A week after my email, I got one saying it couldn't be cancelled because it had already been shipped. There are other, faster, sources of repair parts.

incomplete order
Theses Sensor electrodes work in pairs, and the picture in my original owners manual shows a pair of them in the diagram beside the parts number. No one said anything when I ordered that part number that my order only included half of a pair. When I called to complain that they incorretly only sent me half of my order, I was told that the NEW drawing in the new manual shows just one part, not 2, for that number. So, I ordered another one, but now the repair will be delayed AND I had to pay $10 shipping again for this part that weighs a fraction of an ounce and should have been included the first time.

Easy to Install, Expensive to ship
Took about 10 minutes to install because I had disconnect electric contact to remove old/broken sensor, but easy to do; needed a Phillips screw driver & needle nose pliers to complete job. If you can find part locally you'll save not having to overpay for shipping.

Easy to install inexpensive
It took some time to locate. It was just beneath the door. Remove 2 screws disconnect wires and reinstall. You don't have to take apart the whole dryer to get to it like shown on utube
