Man on the phone helped me determine what parts to buy which was nice but he was just reading from a computer screen. I was hoping to talk to a tech. Then when the parts did arrive, in true Sears fashion, there was no packing material, and one of the parts didn't come in a sealed bag and was missing a component as it was a 3-piece part. So that was disappointing. Parts did arrive quickly enough.
